Through this page I hope to inspire and motivate the average individual that strives to be more than average.
Growing up I sought control of my life and found fitness to be a great anchor. I started during my freshmen year of college with my fitness journey with a goal to gain weight in order to fill out my frame. I weighed 135lbs and within months I made it to 185lbs. My journey was not linear but through trial and error I gained specific knowledge that I hope to pass on. Stay tuned for posts on how to maintain a fit lifestyle while working a 9-5.
